Firework displays will have nothing on the natural beauty that was brought forth by Mother Nature last night, Monday June 26 2017. Having passed through a fierce storm cell between Bonners Ferry Idaho and Sandpoint the skies partially opened allowing the sunset to cascade across the skies. Highway 95 being too low for the best views I headed to Highland Flats. While these are vibrant and beautiful colors they pale from but minutes before. A special moment with spectacular colors 360 degrees with another storm cell and lightning moving north from Sandpoint Idaho.
