Our team was tasked as the creative and design lead for all visual components for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games. We took viewers on a journey following a little girl and her kite through a series of universal themes: harmony, identity, belief, purity, knowledge, dream, joy, hope, inspiration, and peace. The 90-minute show played out on an unconventional canvas spanning an 80m x 35m main screen, an Arabesque designed set floor, two flanking Minarets, and an LED controlled stadium facade.
