Michelle Bridges gives you a good 30 minute workout and all you need is 1/2 hour of your time and some dedication. If you don't have any boxing gloves, don't worry as you can just do the workout without them. If you have a partner you can bring them along for the fun too!
Split into 5-10 minute segments including a warm up and cool down this workout will be sure to get your blood pumping and your heart beat raised.
