Titus Andronicus played the Rhythm Room and totally tore everything apart. Easily one of the best shows I've ever been too.
They're super nice dudes with super awesome attitudes. I really can't wait to see them again.
Part of their set was a 25 minute medley of non-stop punk. It made me crap myself. They started with the 14 minute epic "Battle Of Hampton Roads," then went into the 7 minute "A More Perfect Union," and finished it with an extended version of "Titus Andronicus Forever."
The crowd was awesome and there was a great amount of raging. Lots of fist pumping, throwing middle fingers to the air, and sing-a-longs that were more like yell alongs. I was dripping in sweat after the show. I loved how Patrick Stickles showed love to everyone in the all-ages side of the room by jumping off the stage and moshed with all of us during "Titus Andronicus."
They also covered 7Seconds and Sham 69. It was incredible.
So, so, so good.
