First step to self-sufficiency!
We have finally raised enough money to buy the 2.5 acres of land in Congo where we will build a permanent home for 35 war orphans and 5 staff who dedicate their lives to raise these vulnerable children.
The first phase is to start the agriculture project for food and additional income. We are raising pigs and growing sweet potatoes on the land. We need to fence the agriculture area at a cost of $1,790. This will keep many roaming goats out of the vegetables and protect the farming crops from thieves.
Please help us make this dream of a safe, self-supporting place to live, a reality.
