Virtual Mountain is a 3D animation projected on screen made from A4 format white paper. This video and sound installation was made inside old factory hall located in industrial zone of Novi Sad. It was a part of exhibition "Space For New Dialogue" organized by Museum of Contemporary Art of Vojvodina (msuv.org/exhibitions/2008/prostor/prostor.htm) and Visart association (visart.org.yu/).

The mountain is a computer generated, imaginary landscape. But, it is, in a way, an idea – image of a possible and real landscape. Some real landscapes in the future might exist merely via a digital form in a database of landscapes and thus have the same value as real landscapes today. Physically speaking, memory of a digital landscape has the same value as memory of a real landscape. Their physical – true value is equal because amounts the same/similar quantity of electronic impulses in the brain and, as such, the brain does not distinguish them.
