Edward Wyckoff Williams is an author, columnist, political analyst and former investment banker; appearing regularly on MSNBC, CBS and nationally syndicated radio.
Edward holds his BA in Economics from Yale University, a Masters in Comparative Politics from the University of Oxford in England, and studied law at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC.
His political column 'Elevating The Dialouge', is featured on the Huffington Post, NBC's The Grio, as well as Washington Post online magazines Slate and The Root. His work covers a diverse range of topics from immigration, healthcare and education reform, gay and minority rights, international affairs and President Barack Obama.
Edward is a frequent commentator on public affairs, with appearances on MSNBC, CBS, Chicago's WVON 1690AM; New York's Equality Pride Radio, WWRL 1600 AM; Inside Detroit, WCHB 99.9 FM/1200 AM; and California's Hard Knock Radio, KPFA 91.1 FM. His work has also been featured by National Public Radio's Talk of the Nation with Neal Conan and Foreign Policy In Focus (FPIF), the Washington think-tank dedicated to international affairs.
Wyckoff Williams is a center-left, liberal commentator, and has debated prominent conservatives such as Pat Buchanan, Nancy Pfotenhauer and Cheri Jacobus. He has appeared with fellow MSNBC contributors Ed Schultz, Host of MSNBC's The Ed Show; Democratic Strategist, Peter Fenn; and Retired Army Colonel Jack Jacobs, among others.
His first book is slated for publication next year.
