When businessman, Mr. Pearson, fails to keep his end of a deal with a mysterious emissary from hell, his warehouse becomes the property of the devil. However, when some young paranormal investigators decide to spend the night at the warehouse they soon find that the rumors of the haunting of the mysterious clown are not only real, but they can also be deadly. Their very survival depends on whether they can make it through the night before the forces of evil can make them the latest victims to disappear in the Devil’s Warehouse.
