Still feeling it after being down and out with pneumonia, I gave it my all... just not quite to my standards. But a great WOD nonetheless. Big thanks to Jamie "Fidds" Fiddler and Crossfit Renegade for allowing me to come attempt the WOD at his box.

The workout

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat clean (165lb)
Jerk (165lb)

I eked out 32 reps... and paid the price... DOMS central! LOL!
