This part of the Connect.Euranet debate highlighted the dire situation the Neets (not in employment, education or training). The tough market, faced with the economic crisis and spending cuts, what are those concerned supposed to do? Suggested solutions for the EU's high rates of youth unemployment are better education, increased mobility and encouraging entrepreneurs.
