It sits on 5 acres with power, septic, but you have to haul water until we put in a well. This will come later. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Show Low, Arizona, and 30 minutes to Pinetop, Arizona. It's unfinished and needs plenty of attention but it's stick-built and is loaded with potential. Properties in this area, called Northfork Ranch, sell for about $200,000 ad we paid $120,000 but it needs a well, garage, and finishing. This will take us to about $170,000.
