Learners in Need/Remediation: Educators perform the critical role of identifying residents/fellows who are failing to meet minimum standards. This lecture is designed to highlight both the diversity and commonality of reasons that students fail, identify likely areas of difficulty, and provide theoretical and methodological strategies for remediation and optimizing faculty time.
