59 France Street has been in the Urban Collective sights for over a decade. As the surrounding area grew and cultivated its own personality, it became the perfect location to grasp when the opportunity arose. The area is distinctive and exceptional and UC have endeavoured to encapsulate this in the design, setting the benchmark for the new age of apartment development in Auckland.
