Cactus’ strategy was to simultaneously build brand awareness for Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association while communicating that affordable electricity is essential to our lives, our community and the economy. Each element of the campaign demonstrates the value of the product and what Tri-State is doing to preserve affordable electricity.
