Tucked away in the Southwest of Poland is Gmina Stare Bogaczowice. An area is made up of eight small villages that encompass the rural life of Poland just outside the city. Returning to Hanna's hometown for two months gave us the opportunity to explore the small region so dear to its residents, with a new eye. From the outside it may look like just another sleepy town, however after scratching the surface and digging a little deeper, we discovered what Gmina Stare Bogaczowice has to offer to its visitors.
Just a few years ago there was only a handful of things to do, however with the proactive team working at the local council, Gmina Stare Bogaczowice has embraced its natural beauty and made it easier for visitors to enjoy a range of leisure and social activities, which we tried to capture in our short film.
