Chef Andersen, CEC, is the executive chef and CFO of the PRIME Restaurant Group, in Provo, Utah, which he has lead since 2001. At PRIME, Chef Andersen provides financial and business optimization consultation for clients in fine-dining, full-service, and fast casual dining sectors.
Most notably, Chef Andersen founded Malawi’s Pizza—a fast casual restaurant and manufacturing company. Its mission—to donate one meal to a child in need for every meal sold. To this date, these companies have contributed over 1 Million meals to underprivileged children in need.
