Meet Chef Ralph Feraco, CEC, AAC, was named the 2017 Dr. L.J. Minor Chef Professionalism Award winner at the American Culinary Federation (ACF) conference on July 26, 2017.
Chef Feraco, CEC, is the executive chef at the Kensington Golf & Country Club, in Naples, Florida. He was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs in 2006, served as president of the Naples-area ACF chapter from 2005 to 2009, and is a member of the Naples Chaine de Rotisseurs.

And yet Chef Feraco finds time to give back to the community and mentor future culinarians. He serves on the advisory board member of the Naples YMCA, CHEF program (Culinary & Hospitality Education Foundation), and Lorenzo Walker Community College. As chapter president of the Naples ACF, he established a student membership program. He also provides guidance to students preparing for Pro Start and ACF competitions, and is a frequent speaker at the Golden Gate High School Academy of Culinary Arts.
