From the minds of executive chef Bryon Brown (Artisa Kitchen) and director David London (The Fridge), comes Sensorium, a culinary production taking place on the Capital Riverfront. Each night, two seating groups experience a sensory overload as a 12-course dinner with four wine pairings unfolds alongside and theatrical performances in a 36-foot geodesic dome. After dismantling their pop-up cirque du cuisine on May 8, Brown and company will take this show on the road, giving other hungry cities a taste of something completely different.
