This 20 minute flow will summon the energy within you, plus build strength and muscle in the core of your body. This sequence moves promptly, however there are opportunities. We start out with a Breath of Joy pranayama practice, then work deep into the core with a "twist". Perfect to start the day or practice mid-day, any time you feel sluggish or low of energy.
