Deon and Christine got married on 20 May 2017 with the ceremony taking place at the St Peters Church in Kei Mouth and the reception at the Morgan Bay Hotel.
It was a perfect, late Autumn day and the bride and groom got ready in the hotel rooms, which afforded us amazing sea views and made for a perfect location to capture some drone footage of the surroundings. The girls' room was a hive of activity, with everyone in high spirits as their makeup and hair was done in preparation for their walk down the aisle. The guys seemed slightly more nervous as they suited up and exchanged banter.
The ceremony was a fun-filled affair with plenty of laughs, emotion and a unique ring bearer. After their first kiss, Christine and Deon's faces were filled with joy and happiness at finally being husband and wife.
Thanks to the help of a few 4x4s, we were fortunate to have some amazing locations to use for the photo shoot that followed, the highlight being the famous "Kraanses" which provided dramatic backdrops and views.
The Morgan Bay Hotel has an excellent wedding venue which had been beautifully decorated and was filled with the laughter and chatter of family and friends having a great time celebrating this special day. Delicious food, loving speeches and a good party capped off a wonderful day which I was thankful to be a part of.
