When Ashley Johnson was 10, she didn’t plan on going to jail.
But in 2010, some people offered her $500 to use a side building on her property to cook meth. Without an income after her divorce, she let them use the building.
Her ex-husband Adam came to the house and caught them. He called the police, and Ashley was eventually arrested on five felony charges.
Now, she’s out on pre-trial diversion and participating in drug court. Upon completion of the program and probation, her record will be expunged, and she can return to normal life.
