This video was made by Polish and Latvian workers at Kallin Shellfish in the Outer Hebrides. It was a project for their ESOL class. They decided on the story. They did all the filming. They did all the editing. They scripted and recorded the commentary.
The project was an offshoot of the bilingual "Island Voices/Guthan nan Eilean" project - guthan.wordpress.com - being an early experiment in student-led media production, with the teachers very much in the background.
