SLAC is engaged in a variety of accelerator research for future energy frontier electron machines and free electron lasers and synchrotron light sources. To support this research four user facilities are supported, ranging from 2/3rd of the SLAC linac for FACET at 23 GeV, using the 14 GeV LCLS beam in End Station A, to NLCTA with energies of up to 400 MeV and the small ASTA bunker, mainly used for ultra high gradient research, but also capable of gun development with up to 50 MeV beams. This talk addresses the current status of these facilities, ongoing research and future programs. The speaker hopes that this will spark interest in the audience and participation in these exiting experiments.
