Messiah in the Torah
Jesus said that Moses wrote about Him in the Law (John 5:46). The Law is called Torah in Hebrew. The word “Torah” does not mean law in the modern sense. Rather, it means “instruction” and “teaching.” Every week, Bible-teacher Lars Enarson digs into the weekly Scripture portion from the Torah to see what Moses wrote about Messiah, and what we, as his disciples, can apply today. Many Christians may be unfamiliar with the Books of Moses, but these are the very books which lay the foundation for all Scriptural revelation. “The LORD spoke to Moses and said” is the most common phrase in the Bible.
