City in the Sky is, at first, a tech demo which utilises the Reactor physics engine within 3DS Max. The animated scenes have physical properties applied to the virtual environment (e.g. like gravity, friction, etc) to make certain sections of the animation appear more realistic in movement.
The project is now being amalgamated into a fully fledged animation short, complete with voice acting. This tech demo showcases the style and direction in which we hope to fulfill with the final short.
