Our artisan tiles are handmade piece by piece with the highest standards and attention to detail that is ensured by two generations of committed family ownership. Colors are created as a mix of marble and ink which is measured precisely according to the color codes corresponding to each design. The form for the tile design is made carefully with metal bands. Colors are poured in precisely to each designated location in the tile’s design. The dye sits for a few minutes, the mold is removed, the colors stay in place. Dry Portland cement is poured over the colors, which is then compressed by a hydraulic press. After an initial quality review, the tiles then cure for a period of time. A final layout of the tiles with an attentive visual inspection completes the production process. Color and shading differences are to be expected and will uniquely define your space.
