Carol engages in a disruptive practice called a Fishbowl. The intention is to focus on one person in a room of other learners and thinking partners with someone skilled in Socratic Questions and the use of Framework thinking. The purpose is to open new ways of thinking and pop new ideas. It required destabilization of state in order to introduce some uncertainty which tends to require working to stay present with questions that are intended to be ones not easy to answer immediately. Only done with the permission of the participant. It builds on the Thinking Partner practice.
