See prior post for description. This is the same race, but showing cadence, watts, heart rate (hr), and speed with a new program that will soon be out (I'm a tester). (HR kicks in after 8 minutes..was a hr strap problem not a program problem). For reference, my lactate threshold (LT) heart rate is about 182 (LT is as hard as you can go for periods of 20-60 minutes...anything over that is super hard...you'll see!).
