Fife Dunfermline Printmakers Workshop receive Washi Japanese handmade paper from Mino, Gifu in Japan. The paper is produced specially for the printmakers by three papermakers carrying on the 1300 year old tradition of Mino Washi, designated by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage. Thirteen artists from FDPW create artwork for an exhibition in various printmaking methods. From etching, to screen print, to gesso, to block print and woodcut.
