This historical MicroDoc gives a glimpse into the difficulties faced by Palestinian children and their parents in the H2 section of the West Bank city of Hebron during extended periods of curfew in 2003, when contrary to UN regulations, children were regularly prevented from going to school by Israeli soldiers. In the ongoing Israeli/Palestinian conflict, it is easy to lose sight of the ways that the everyday lives of ordinary people can be disrupted. This MicroDoc provides a window into just one aspect of living under military occupation: the impact on children's education.
