This is a Selkirk Rex kitten and the same cat when full grown. Her color is seal point, meaning she has the same color pattern as a Siamese Cat.
Selkirk Rex cats have curly fur and whiskers and are sometimes known as Poodle Cats.
The French lyrics used in this video are not about kittens but the music is so soft and beautiful that it makes me think of my Selkirk Cat.
