Short documentary about the 2010-2011 Colombian winter season.
After the Dique Canal failed, the town of Campo de la Cruz, in the northern province of Atlantico was covered by 20 feet of water. 30.000 people lost their homes and had to flee, ending up in the side of the highway, living under improvised shacks and facing imminent dangers.
This is the story of a large community of villagers that were struck by nature's full force, and were left alone by the Colombian government to face their fate.
