There is a storm a brewing in Northeast Ohio. It doesn't involve high wind or rain. It involves people. People, who are losing hope, people who thought they'd never be in this kind of situation, people who thought they had made it. They are the middle class - educated, professionals, often over 45. They have master degrees, executives, architects, IT professionals, teachers, human resource managers, training and development professionals. They are out of work, without employment resources available to them, they are losing hope and in financial ruins.
They are America's best workers and the bedrock of our financial success and many are sinking and no one is throwing out life jackets.
