The 2017 Runstad Affiliate Fellows were the featured speakers at the "Development that Empowers" discussion presented by the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
The Seattle 2035 Comprehensive Plan is focused on equitable city growth for the next 20 years; The 2017 Runstad Affiliate Fellows focused on informing patterns for the next 100 years. They traveled to Melbourne and Sydney in March 2017 to explore strategies addressing similar issues with the goal of identifying precedents worth emulating in Seattle.
This event took place September 20, 2017 at Impact Hub in Seattle, Washington. The Runstad Center is based in the University of Washington College of Built Environments.
