Here's a nicely sputtering corporate video we did for German high-end milling tool makers Avantec Zerspantechnik showing their latest and greatest line-up of metal-eating products. The client asked for a film with a strong focus on Q – a crucial value in milling. The agency came up with the idea to build a frickin heavy Q. So here's the outcome. This portfolio edit is a directors review of the original clip which premiered at the 2016 AMB trade show in Stuttgart, Germany.
Here's the story: In the world of machining, it’s all about Q. The chip volume per time unit. Economic efficiency. Profit. And every single chip is a part of this. Pockets, corners, chamfers, grooves, surfaces, webs, radii, contours ... in the end, it is about achieving your goal with the tools used: the maximum chip volume “Q”. This is what Avantec® milling cutters are made for. For maximum Q. For your success.
