The Sheriff's Department has partnered with La Maestra Community Health Centers to provide free mammograms for female inmates at the Las Colinas Detention and Reeentry Facility in Santee.
La Maestra brings a specially-equipped bus with a 3D mammogram to Las Colinas twice a month.
