We went to Audresselles, a small fisher village in Pas-de-Calais. In the evening we watch "Flobarts" (fisherboats coming back ). Patrick wrote a piece of music remembering that evening . Then , I sent it to Sheffield (Yorkshire) where Roger Turner , a poet friend , lives. He listened to the music and wrote the lyrics . He sent it back to me saying he couldn't sing it having a sore throat and that it was up to me to sing it . I used some video shots of Audresselles to illustrate the song .
