Reconstructing the Arts in Arkansas Schools

Meet Carlos Campanur, a North Little Rock High School student and accomplished cellist. He first got his hands on a stringed instrument through music classes Arkansas nonprofit and arts advocates Thea Foundation made possible at his elementary school. Learning music has opened up a whole new world for Carlos.
