Yantra Yoga is one of the oldest recorded systems of yoga in the world. It contains a wide range of movements that can be applied by everyone, and it is a superb method to attain optimal health, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement. This DVD series teaches the full spectrum of Yantra Yoga. Level One: Beginners includes instruction on the preliminary series of Tsigjong, Lungsang, and Tsadul, a general introduction to the Five Series of Yantras, and detailed instruction on the First Series. Specific attention is placed on the way to begin and end a practice session of Yantra Yoga. Level Two: Advanced adds new movements for advanced practitioners, including the remaining four series of Yantras and the Pranayama of Rhythmic Breathing.
Each volume contains two discs. The first program features detailed instruction in the movements. The second program is to follow while practicing. Scene selection provides for easy navigation. The Tibetan titles of each movement and series of movements appears on the screen before each movement for easy reference.
