Joey Holder (GRB) Holder makes immersive, multi-media installations that explore the limits of the human and how we experience non-human, natural and technological forms. Her work raises philosophical questions of our universe and things yet unknown, regarding the future of science, medicine, biology and human-machine interactions. Iaspis is the Swedish Arts Grants Committee's international programme for Visual and Applied Artists; in the fields of visual art, architecture, design, fashion and crafts. The premises of the Iaspis residency programme in Stockholm is centrally located at Maria skolgata 83 on the, urban island of Södermalm in Stockholm, and comprises offices, studios, project room and a unique archive of artists who are currently working in Sweden.
