How could everyday objects help us hide from surveillance at home? What are the implications of Things interpreting our behaviour? Where do people fit into the Internet of Things?
Trough speculative artefacts, Iohanna will explore some of the social and ethical implications of the Internet of Things. She will show how the use of Thing-Centered Design allows her to design with data in a more explorative way, and get new perspectives of IoT interactions.
Presentation by Iohanna Nicenboim, designer and researcher at TU Delft IDE, presented her views and projects at ThingsCon Amsterdam 2017, December 1st, Amsterdam.
