This film follows the nearly one-hundred year journey of a 1926 commissary built for a lumber mill located in the swamps of Barnwell County, South Carolina, the store's relocation in 1952, and its continued use today. Adaptive re-use meets historic preservation meets oral history in the story of this icon of Barnwell's historic community.
