Weird and beautiful landscape littered with broken dreams. Modern ruins, no boundaries, no signs that say "watch you step". The Salton Sea will challenge you to look and imagine. This short video depicts the Salton Sea of Southern California and is paired with an invigorating composition by Roger Subriana Mata. Images include the serenity of the reflecting sea, the magnificence of the migration and the colorful stories of the people. They were taken by Lissa Evans between 2015-2017.

If a solution is not found, we will have a massive health, environmental and economic crisis.
This is the Salton Sea, its beauty and its uncertain future.
