Escape to a tranquil and introspective weekend in the Santa Maria del Oro lagoon. Reconnect your mind, body and spirit. Bring your awareness to the present with mindful meditation, deepen your personal yoga practice by synchronizing your breathing with the movement and learn about the chakras during your asana in a powerful Vinyasa Flow practice. Enjoy a variety of delicious vegan food while overlooking the lagoon and join in the playful yoga practice on paddle-board. Build with us the sangha community by sharing the accommodation in this beautiful villa on the lagoon shore. This retreat will be taught in English.
Jen Dodman has practiced yoga for more than 10 years and is trained as a teacher of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Chakra Yoga. Jen practices mindful meditation daily and teaches this practice to children. She is currently taking a Mindful education course to deepen her own practice and share it with others. During her classes, Jen encourages her students to connect with their inner self and create a new space with pranayama to promote the flow of energy between the chakras. She loves to motivate her students to find their own path of yoga and to be true to their hearts. During the day, Jen is a primary school teacher, where she inspires her students to strive for equity and social justice.
