Tracey Rancifer was born and raised in West Little Rock, Arkansas. Always having a passion for her community, she went on to attend Rhodes College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Tracey continued her education by enrolling at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she obtained her Masters degree in Public Affairs and Administration. Before her time in the real estate industry, Tracey Rancifer dabbled in work involving roles as a development executive with private entities, and positions in the public sphere with the municipal and federal government level.
Tracey’s first role within the real estate industry was working in her family business, where she learned the ropes of property management and real estate development. She currently lives in West Little Rock, Arkansas, and credits much of her success to returning to her roots and truly knowing the market she is selling within. Today, Tracey Rancifer is the principal broker at her own company, Ausum Realty Inc. Some of her specialities include; real estate brokerage, residential listings and sales, corporate relocation, land development and valuations. In 2005, Tracey was nominated and chosen as a finalist for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette’s “Best of the Best” in their Real Estate Agent Division. This is largely due to the “Tracey Difference” a method that she lives by, which provides her clients with exactly what they need using her exclusive set of skills when it comes to buying or selling a property.
In addition to her expertise in the field of real estate, Tracey Rancifer is also passionate about health and wellness. As a certified health coach, Tracey has helped her family and community choose a healthier way of living through recipe substitution and an inclusive approach to living our healthiest life!
