On average, small businesses lost over $100,000 per incident due to downtime from a Ransomware incident. A staggering 60% of small businesses hit by a cyberattack are out of business within six months.

During this hour-long presentation, you will learn how perpetrators target and execute attacks against victim businesses in the US. You will be empowered with solutions on how you can better protect yourself and your business. You will also learn what to do if you are a victim of a cyberattack.
The presenter, Vishal Jangla, is a Deputy District Attorney with the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, assigned to prosecute Electronic Crimes. He previously co-founded a technology start-up, working as a product developer. He also served in the US Army Reserve as an Information Security Officer.
