Chris Russell is a Teach for America (“TFA”) alumnus with a passion for improving the education field for teachers and students through technology. Chris worked as an 8th grade science teacher and Teach For America manager, who recruited, developed, and coached teachers. He gained insight into the many challenges in teacher development, from both individual and administrative perspectives. He is excited to continue to support teachers to drive high academic and social outcomes for students.
Enrique Parada, a former associate at the Carlyle Group, a private equity firm, harbors an interest in entrepreneurship and values the impact of education - he lists many teachers throughout his public school education as his role models. Realizing that a teacher’s influence extends far beyond the classroom, Enrique decided to pursue an entrepreneurial venture that uses technology to support teachers.
