Francis Tapon stands on the border that divides the Asian and European continents. It is the eastern most point of Europe, deep in Russia, about an 18 hour train ride EAST of Moscow. It just goes to show how far Eastern Europe really goes. This was filmed in Russia in late 2008. Francis is the author of the upcoming book, The Hidden Europe: What Eastern Europeans Can Teach Us.
