THIS MOVIE IS FOR 3D VIEWERS. NO GLASSES REQUIRED.
For the 'lectric collective
inspired by poet, Lisa Cattrone's Astraphobia
here's how to view the video:
This film is an example of “stereo imaging” – 3D pictures like the big movies!
•Hold your finger about a foot away from your nose. Focus on that finger. Your eyes will naturally converge to see the finger clearly.
•The two images on the screen should create an illusionary third image between the two. At this point it should seem blurry because your focus is elsewhere. Also, you might have to tweak the placement of your finger to get the convergence right.
•Change your “focus” to the third image. Keep in mind that the third image is not on the screen at the end of the room, rather somewhere in between in the ether.
•Congratulations! You should have a crystal clear 3D image. Don’t worry if you don’t.
Practice makes Perfect.
