Saint Paul Cozy is a community-sourced art project that wraps 165 lampposts in handmade cozies. The cozies were made by 160 Minnesota residents, and were installed along a 12 block stretch of 4th Street in downtown St. Paul during January and February, 2018.
The project is led by the Rage to Order Artists Initiative of Lowertown in partnership with the St. Paul Saints Art Program.
